Most of Ed's legal career has been spent in the oil patch, beginning with positions at the U.S. Department of the Interior and U.S. Department of Energy. He later worked at Exxon Corporation for over ten years in land and land-related matters. He has since worked primarily in oil and gas title and litigation, with substantial experience in other business litigation and transactional matters.
